just get F12001!
Anyone else seen this. The last two times I've run it it's been ok though.

"C:\Program Files\EA SPORTS\F1 2001\F1-2001.exe" config=CONFIGFIAGTV3.INI
As you can see, the V3 MOD makes use of the normal exe, but with an added
line that points to the V3 *.ini file. I know this, because I couldn't
launch the V3 MOD through my Wingman Profiler (I got the standard F1 game
instead).

Thanks for the tip. I have wondered for awhile how to do this and it never
occured to me to point to the shortcut. Seems pretty obvious in hindsite
however. (doesn't everything?) ;o)

Yeah, I figured that out right away, but at the final step it seemed as if
the Wingman software hadn't nominated the shortcut, but the file that the
shortcut pointed to. Which was the normal *.exe file, and that's no good of
course. I think the V2 MOD had similar problems, where I made a new profile
which launched the normal F1 game. But if you've got it working, maybe I
will look at it again.
Well, have you?

make sure the long text/number string that comes after the = symbol are
exactly the same.
copy the config.ini text/number string and paste it into the proper place in
the configfiagtv3.ini file.
good luck.

Anyway, it's no big thing, as it works without using the Wingman profiler
:)

By the way: I have found that after watching a replay, the keybinding on the
wheel no longer works (also in F1 2001 game).
