High-Compression wont load on Netscape?

For some crazy reason I cant get High-Compression.com to load on Netscape
anymore (all my other sites work). I can get it to load on Internet Explorer.
Anyone else having similar problems???

Confirmed.  "Not Found  The requested URL
/themes/thedesign/style/style.css was not found on this server."  Just
another case of a site using non-standards-compliant HTML thats
compatible with IE only.  >:-(
