for starters:
left third about a 1/3 of the way up form bottom: jackie oliver
straight across to right 1/3 45deg angle: denis hulme
below hiim David phipps
below him Jean Pierre beltoise
Tony Rudd left of JPB
above TR is Phil Hill
below Ken Tyrell (top center) is Bruce McLaren
Far right of him is  Innis Ireland

He was a racing journalist AFAIK, and close friend of Jim Clark.

I think Ron Tauranac (Brabham designer(?)) is in the middle. Innes Ireland
to the right of "Prosciutto di Langhirano". John Cooper above that. Jack
Brabham above "To Graham Hill" and Denis Jenkinson ("DSJ", famous Motoro
Sport journalist and Moss's navigator in their Targa Florio win) to the
left. Hazel Chapman is below Colin. Tony Robinson rings a bell, was he part
of the Lotus Team?
