Its just you.   They work fine.

On tyhe last screen before the race starts, select 'change'.

This brings you to the screen for car setup.  There are four selections on
the right which you can scroll through with your  keyboard.  I cant remember
if the mouse works, but the setup options are all there.

Is it just me and/or my PC config, or is the mouse, and hence the car setup
options, inoperative in the TOCA 2 demo?

Okay, call me thick.

I can get to the screens and display all the setup options. But how do I
change the settings?

I have no mouse pointer anywhere in this program. Do you? No keystrokes
that I've tried have done a thing to change any of the car setup settings.

Use the arrows on the keyboard to cycle through the selections and the enter
key to select. The options are a limited but very effective.
