I believe you should start Icr2 with the "indyfast" command.

I've gotten a Diamond Stealth II card, and it says that its got Rendition
on it. V2100, or something like that.
I've gotten Cart Racing, but it doesn't seem to load up the Rendition
version. The games that come with the card look great, and so does Jedi
Knight. But theres no difference with Cart, looks just the same as it did
without the card.
Is there anything that I should do / type / enable ?
