It's the Yannick Dalmas Crash lifting of with his Porsche 911 GT1(or is it
Porsohe nowadays)somewhere in the US. Similar to the Mercedes GT1 crash in
Le mans.

That was on the back straight at Road Atlanta at the first Petit LeMans race in
'98.  I was standing about 100 meters away when Dalmas' Porsche lost it's
downforce drafting another car over a rise and took off.  Dalmas walked away
unscathed, if a bit shaken, but that lovely 911GT1 was a write-off.  Carbon
Fiber bits all over the place, and a 2-lap lead gone to waste.  Never woulda
happened in GPL...:-)
