Is there a cheat or a save file available to allow you to start on the
Standard or Expert level, rather than having to work through the Novice
level at each track?
Actually this gives you all cars or all tracks... what I was wondering was
if there was a cheat to allow access to the higher difficulty levels without
having to play all the way through at the novice level.
