It is also available at the following URL's

The following is from the README.TXT for the carset:

To use this car set, create a new directory under the CARS directory
for Indycar Racing II called PPG97.  Copy the unzipped files into
this directory.  To select this car set, start ICR2 and select
Driver Info.  Select PPG97 and head to the tracks!

This is only a preliminary carset.  Many of the cars are acquiring
additional sponsorships as the season progresses.  Also some of the
"smaller" teams have not be covered well in the photos we have had
access to.  As the season progresses and more photos are produced
the cars will be updated.  Check
http://www.racesimcentral.net/~mcarver/ppg97.htm for updates.

All cars are original artwork by Michael E. Carver & Richard C.
Montgomery.

We took a few artistic liberties with a few cars.  We've placed the
logo usually seen from the rear of Paul Tracy's car on the rear wing.
We thought this would help identify who is ahead of you :-)  Some of
the teams have different logos on the back and front of the rear
wings.  For instance, the #11 has a white background with a red KMart
on the front, but it is red with a white Budweiser on the rear.  We
have opted for a red background with a white KMart.  For some of the
cars for which we haven't seen clear photos are incomplete or are a
compilation of last years logos or pure artist's speculation.  Rahal's
car is based on the "show" version and differs slightly from the
"race" version.

The Number 70 Smirnoff car is the "signature" car of Richard C.
Montgomery for 1997.  The number 66 Heinekin car is Richard's modem
partner's car.

Whenever possible real logos and artwork lifted from sponsors' web
sites were used for the decals.

The drivers2.txt file is up to date through the 1997 Long Beach race.
Check the web site http://www.racesimcentral.net/~mcarver/autosim.htm or
