Any L90D+ monitors available in the US?

Google has only shown UK (+ 1 German) sites
with this monitor on sale (note the "+" please).
When is it due to go on sale in the US-anyone
know?  I can probably talk Santa into getting
it for me for Xmas.  TIA.

I've already talked Santa into getting me one of these as well, but I
haven't seen any actually listed for sale. The one at Overclockers.uk is
a "pre-order".

4. Is 98 octane available in the US?
