Gotta admit I was expecting a little more than a bunch of screenshots too.

You all' gotta cut me some slack! :) I worked myself to the bone to
get all the tracks up..  who else has them??? And you want more. Well
I'm going to have a LOT more, but these things take time. The new
website isnt going to be a mere 'screenshot gallery' for gods sake! But
right now it must seem that way. Anyway, I have some new things for
tomorrow.. if you can wait that long! :-)

The box said "Windows 95 or better", so I installed LINUX!

Good work. Now use the spectating ability in multiplayer mode to take
snapshots from high up, directly above the center of the track, looking
down. This will give us a truer indication of the shape of the track.
For an example of what I mean, check out:

Whoops. Sorry, Mark. :-) The website is fine, and I was actually quite
impressed with it's design and the fact that you even *have* the screen
shots. I posted my 'dig' before clicking the link. Nothing personal at all,
more of a crack at oval racing itself.

That being said: I think DTR is wicked fun.

That being said: Add a single figure eight and I'm done. Don't need
different tracks, don't need different cars. Don't need setups. Just need
online, and I'm more than happy with it.

(binaural - I want to sit down to start a discussion with you but am looking
for a whole day because once I start typing...)

Hey-ya' Mark, I have some binaural microphones (comes with the dummy
head too!) I havent used them since I sold my DAT recorder. They
terminate in a mini-jack..  next time you come to Santa Fe, bring a
portable recorder, and we'll mess with em. Its a FANTASTIC way to

You have to hear to believe :-) !
