Earlier this evening I was getting a 403. Now it's 404. Will 405 be next? And,
what does 405 mean?

Hi ya. The hosts (www.valuehost.co.uk) refused to renew our service saying
we were drawing 90% of their sql resources.

They finally came with an offer of 5,400 pounds... A bit much for a forum,
so we are on the move again. Database is backed up and we're in the process
of  getting it up and running again.
