how could you explain the fact that the more powerfull racing cars
couln't, on simulation, because in true life pilot burn them a lot.

Yes, this was a fundamental missing element that I noticed. As ICR II
is supposedly a true simulator (and in every way looks the part), I
can only assume Indycars don't have a clutch or neutral gear. Oh to
be able to build up to 12,000 RPM with the clutch in, shift in to
first and just dump it. I imagine that would be pretty exciting to
watch. Maybe more importantly, if you spin the car, you need some
kind of mechanism for dis-engaging drive so that you can perform a
nice neat spin turn.
