Canada seems to have the Brit version. Disk is labeled "English."

BOTH VERSIONS HAVE BEEN SOLD HERE!

If you don't need to the CD in the drive (and you haven't used a "no CD"
patch to do so) then you have the US version. Otherwise you have the UK
version.

Also the address on the bottom of the rear cover on the two booklets will
assist.....if a USA addrsss you have the US version.

Here in New Zealand we have the version that has be
sensor classification label on it so I would imagine the
Aussies have the same version.
The US patch is the version to use.

Yeah! Also here in the definitely "other end of the globe" - Finland
geographically actually is just the opposite of NZ in our globe - I have
already complained about the differences of the versions of GPL. I do
not mind of the "nationalizations" of the language, but I do complain of
the noCDrom feature of the US version vs. the "European" versions
demanding the CD in use, when you start the sim/game. There really seems
to be a kind of "unthrust" to us Europeans, and also perhapsw to New
Zealanders by Papy/Sierra?

I really am considering to order the US-version, but basically I would not
like to! Any comments by you, Papy/Sierra? Are we Europeans (and others)
really to be taken as robbers of your copyrights? More than the Americans?
