Has anybody come up with a workable ai_track_gns section of the track.ini
file for Noonan's Gateway track?

I've tried an offline race there and have never seen such bizarre AI
behavior.  I tried to cut and paste lines as seem to appear in other tracks,
but with only minor improvements.
