HELP!!!

by Allen Bo » Fri, 27 Sep 1996 04:00:00

Referring to nascar1, I downloaded a carset to use in a series and now i can't
get the game to start. I get a message that reads "CARS dir. is incomplete or
insufficient memory". I know I have enough memory so what is the deal? Also i
lent my copy of the game to a friend at work that I will not see again for a
couple of weeks. So i cannot reload the entire game. Any suggestions will be
greatly appreciated.  Thanks.

Make sure that the directory name you placed the new carset matches the
*.DAT file (without the extension).  Also make sure that you have a
valid drivers2.txt file in this directory.

If the carset's file name is CARS96.DAT, the directory should be:
\NASCAR\CARS\CARS96

Also make sure cars94 was not deleted or renamed the program will
not start without it.

delete your game.opt file and restart the game
