gpl season 67

I'm having trouble getting the 'season 67' patches installed, I'm starting
from scratch and installing everything - GPL Season 1.34, Bugatti and new
track.ini, the new BRM, Ferrari and Brabham cars, the 67 patch itself, etc
etc. Done everything in the readmes to the letter.

Problem is that when I'm finished, I get 'Can't load track, canceling
weekend' errors. These errors go away if I select all the options in the GPL
Season "Control' tab - both 'contains' and 'patch' - for the Lo67seasonfix
file before patching ('car directories', 'sound directory' and 'track
directories' are initially unchecked), but the new car files then seem to be
erased and replaced with the original ones.

So - is there some magic combination of selections I need to make in GPL
Season to get both the tracks and the new cars working correctly?

If you get 'can't load track' on all the tracks then it's a problem with
one of the car folders. If it's only on one or two tracks then it's a
problem with the track folder.

Sounds like a car folder problem.

Rename the BRM, Brab and Ferrari folders in turn and copy over the
originals from the CD. That way you can work out which one is causing
the problem. Then copy files one at a time or in small batches until to
find the offending file (usually the car 3do in my experience. Try
downloading it again. and it should be ok.
