I cannot stand Codemasters. They do not know how to program as their name
would suggest. Both Pro Race Driver 2 and CMR4***up with my soundcard,
and will randomly just turn to noise.

The install for PRD2 insists that you reboot your machine. What year is
this?

Even worse, Pro Race Driver 2, JUST LIKE PRD1, insists on changing Windows
XP appearance to standard Blue every time you run the game. Explain that
one!

I don't have the soundcard problem you mention, nor does the game change
anything dealing with the appearance of XP.

Might be a problem with your system.

I agree too, not so much on the "roofed car" racing such as v8's etc,
but the formula ford racing, the AI in FF and the circuit detail such
as Surfers Paradise is brilliant.

I have spent countless hours at that circuit and take it from me that
detail is near photo realistic.

the Ai will move appropriatly if your looking to overtake

the formula ford sounds right give a fantastic whistle at speed and
give very close and detailed racing.

finally the formula ford allows very good oposite lock and drift
characteristics.

Now if only they would make it a full blown sim. Codemaster just seem
to want it both ways. give us mirrors, working dash, pit boards and
split times etc and then im a true convert.

cheers

Glenn
