I can't find Dale's #3 car in the Nascar game. Did Papyrus forget to
program him? If so, is there a way I can get him? I tried to paint it
my self, but I'm not much of an artist. Any help on this matter would be
appericiated.

Howard,

You'll notice that quite a few of the cars and drivers are missing. My
guess is that any beer/tobacco cars are not in the game for legal
reasons, and the others like #3 are missing because they wanted too much
money in licensing.

Check FTP.WEBCOM.COM for a rendering of DE's car and most of the '95
NASCAR paint jobs. It's called IWCCCARS and it's in the
pub/zyllyx/iwcc/updates directory.

Uh, Rusty Wallace is there...complete with the Miller sponsorship....

Not in the default NASCAR Racing car set. You'll notice that his
sponsorship is Ford Motorsport (just like on his die-cast). The only way
to get the tobacco and *** sponsors, as well as Earnhardt and other
missing drivers is to either paint them yourself or get the IWCCCARS.ZIP
file from FTP.WEBCOM.COM (pub/zyllyx/iwcc/updates, for anyone who wants
to know).

I stand corrected. I took a quick look at the cars and saw something
that wasn't there. I did get the iwcc cars - wow! Great! Thanx!

I think it was probably a licensing problem. Did you get a load of the license
disclaimer at the end of the credits? They did, however, mention him in the test
version that was reviewed in CGW...

That's simply awesome. I wonder what it would take to require licensing
rights for using my license plate number in race games or movies. Should we,
as members of a litagious society, keep a careful eye out for such b***abuse
of our personal identities, and attempt to capitalize?

Take a closer look at those graphics -- It says something about Ford
Motorsports or something. The colours are right but the words are wrong.
