hey Michael...how's it going? :)

I tried to import my N1 car and the N2 painter says it has a corrupt
palette.  Also..what's the use of having Numbers in the decal selection
if there aren't any matching designs for the rest of the numbers?

I found a 9 that looked cool, but there aren't any matching 2's..
