Old in the fact that the ovals were being worked on, or that they are
now released?

Hehe Dave.  I just finished a run on that new tri oval in the rain and it
was quite an experience.  At some point my RR was near 400' on wets :)

And that 45 degree banked 1/2 mile looked pretty impressive though I havent
run it yet.

Mitch_A says...

So you can run ovals in the wet? Sounds interesting.

Do they come with oval setups or is it a case of raising ride height
manually?

Cheers,
Rod.

Old news considering that as soon as the ovals were released, everyone
rushed to get them.

I haven't tried them myself, though I did race a bit on the Indy Oval
add-on.  Ovals are okay, but certainly not as fun and challenging as your
typical road courses.

45 degree?

You won't go slow there.  You'd fall off the racetrack!

I bit of an exaggeration but its really steep.  You really do fall off until
you get some speed going :)

has anyone tried to run these ovals in other mods?

Can it be done or are they unique to GTR?

Thanks
