F1 2k2 cars won't go w/o drivers

  I screwed up a mod install for F1 2k2 and did not get the driver files in
the proper folder.  What I found was the cars still showed up..but would
not move.  No cars left the garage for practice..(no matter how long I kept
the time accelerated with ctrl t) and if I started a race, the crews would
get the cars on the grid but then they would just stay there til the sim
removed the non-moving cars from the track...Once I got the drivers back in
the right place...zoom  off they went...unreal reality as it were.
