The last I heard, Microsoft won't sell parts.  They require you to send the
whole thing back for service.

Man, that just sent shivers down my spine.   Sending a piece of hardware to
Microsoft for repair...

When you get it back, does it have a "Security Hole" punched in it's side ?

How old is your wheel ? have you rung Microsoft yet ? One of my springs
broke about 6 months ago and after a long and heated debate on the phone
they sent me a new set of pedals FOC.

My pedals started to squeek noisily during use, so much so my wife comlained
every time i raced. The wheel was out of warranty so I unscrewed the base
plate from underneath, took it all apart on a large tray, during which I
took off then re-applied the springs...so if I can do it anyone can. By the
way I did fix the squeek!

G'day All,

NOT sure about the MSFF..........but when my (early) Logitech Acc spring
broke I used the Brake one & replaced the Brake with a Squash ball.......a
Dunlop (yellow dot) does the trick very nicely.........good luck.
