Hi all. I recently purchased a copy of GPL for $12 from a company in
Texas (can't recall the name). They regularly make this offer on Ebay.
Call 1-972-487-8922 and ask for Derek - I'm sure they'd be happy to help
you! Incidentally, the service they offer is impecable.. my first copy
arrived by regular mail but without the CD-ROM (bad packing job).. they
courriered a second complete version which I received two days later!
Buy from them! Tell Derek Simon from Canada sent you!

That is $12 US BTW. The company is called 'Computersworth' in Garland, Texas
and they can also be reached within the US here: 1-800-838-7884. Call them!

The poster lives in Canada, the company is in Texas.. there is no commercial
intention here.
His post here is perfectly acceptable; A comment about good service promotes
good service..

For those that don't already have GPL (probably doesn't include anyone that
regularly reads ras) in the Ottawa area, I've seen GPL for $17.99 CDN at
Costco (aka Price Club).

I'm in the small majority... I use a notebook computer exclusively, but
the temptation continues to build as desktop prices drop.
