I was thinking of picking up Nascar 2003 and I'm in the middle of a season
in 2002.
Can I convert the 2002 season to 2003 so I dont have to start again?

I'm not aware that you can. I would suggest that you just buy nr2k3 and
keep it on a shelf until you finish your season. In the USA at the major
retailors like CompUSA and Best Buy, nr2k3 is selling for $9.99.
So it's a great investment for the future. You can install nr2k3 and use
the great mods for it, keeping 2k2 on while you finish the season.
