Is there a utility for changing refresh rates for Nvidia based cards? Vanta and GeForce in my case?

Naturally my bad...
What I meant was how to change refresh rates for different resolutions in
games (d3d open gl). Something that every tweak utility could do for the
voodoo boards...

Using Notepad.exe, open monitor.inf  located under C:\windows\inf.  Change the appropriate lines to give desired refresh rate.  Be warned that damage may occur to your monitor if you over-refresh it. Check your monitor's specs for maximum refresh rate vs. resolution before attempting this.
