Hey Ped Xing,
I just realized that on Max Headroom, the name of the head guy at the ZikZak
corporation is "Ped Xing". When I saw that, I'm like "Ive seen that before
somewhere!" (not counting Pedestrian Crossings :).
Anyways, if you didn't know, there's a useless fact for you. If you did
know, full credit to you! What a great show!

Odd, I loved that show as a kid but don't recall that character! I got my
name idea from a book by Robert Anton Wilson (Illuminatus! Trilogy I think)
in which there is a character named Ped Xing. At first I stupidly thought
the name was legit, and perhaps Asian in origin, but then realised - doh! -
it's from the sign. :-) Funny how context and capitilization can change
perception of things.
