Sorry for the dumb question. I have downloaded a carset and don't know where to
unzip it to. Cars..I assume? What does the new carset do...update drivers and
sponsors? thanks

In that case it goes in your nascar3/cars directory.  And what it does is
update sponsers, drivers, driver performances, teams...etc.
