testing with World Circuit when our times appeared inconsistent. It seems the
program does not use a computers' internal clock but has it's own system
- a glaring oversight! If you set your frame rate unusually low (say 60%
or less occupancy with the 'O' key depressed) time moves slower! Conversely,
with an unreasonably high frame rate, real time is slowed down!
Additionally, this effect is independent of machine speed (386 vs. 486).
Real time is only acurately reflected when 100% occupancy is achieved on any
given machine. It seems this is going to be a problem for the Record Keepers.
Has this problem been addressed?
