I love it.  Only possible problems I can forsee... obviously cost, and
all the dumbasses who are now going to fail the exam so the test will
have to be "dumbed down."  Geez, I wish that everyone didn't think it
was their god-given right to have a license.

That doesn't constitute proof.  IMHO.  It's supposition by an observer.
