SCGT SP3 White "Shadows"

I've recently installed the SP3 update for Sports Car GT and some (not all)
cars have a white shadow. Most often it seems to be the GTS Vipers that are
like this. Is this a problem with the update or is it my hardware? Is there
a fix?
