Hawaii will continue to cost everyone long-distance charges until it is
shutdown, probably as soon as the NRL is released. The NRL is supposed to
have local access numbers, just like isp's, but how local they may be I
have no idea. Hopefully we'll get one here in Lincoln, Nebraska.
