How to contact Logitech?

Does anyone have a url, or another method, to contact Logitech to get an
RMA number to return a defective MOMO Racing wheel?  (within the
one-year warranty period).

I checked their website, and can't find a way to send them a simple
e-mail.

Thanks!
Bert

Best is to call them.  They will give you an RMA, typically they don't even
request the old wheel back.

Are these wheels that crappy? It seems like once a week theres a post. I was
thinking of replacing my MS wheel, but it's been bullit proof (knocking on
wood) for years.

Ditto...

I have a new 1 year old Momo in the box that I might sell for parts :)

Microsoft is once again selling their well-built FF wheel.  Same specs, same
parts, same s/w (no update).

If you check usenet archives you'll quicky see that
all 3 mainstream wheels makers (Logitech, MS and Thrustmaster)
have about equal poor quality. With the exception of original
Momo leather wheel which seems to have much better quality.
So replacing the wheel is usually an exercise in luck:)

Yes al mainstream wheels have issues, you just hear more from the newer ones
or the more popular ones.  For the price of these wheels I think it is all
we can expect.  Look at the AL Performance Pedals, they have been nothing
but problems for many.
You can either buy a mass produced wheel and replace it every year or two or
buy something like a TSW and have it for much longer.  In the end I think
the price works out much the same.  Comes down to personal taste and how
much you want to spend today.

They never really stopped.

However, there has been an inline manufacturing change to the wheel.

It has red grips now :)

Yes, it still says 1.0 on the box.  Astonishing for a 3 year old wheel.

It was the same with the original LWFF - within months people were
complaining about the pots spiking etc.  Mine lasted 4 years of heavy use
and is still going strong.  I honestly don't know what some people do to
their wheels.

I've just bought a MOMO Racing  a couple of weeks ago and I think the
quality is superb for the price.  Working perfectly so far...
