What are the best games for practicing this?

I've got Grand Prix Legends and Racer so far

F1C + ETCC mod and the Kvakos version of the track with texture update, the
latter are linked from here: http://www.m4driving.sm/download/5586.html

Absolute pain in the ass to get working correctly (controller setup + adding
the track), but *so* worth it.

The Nordschleife is also available as an addon track for F1 Challenge
by EA, and IMHO the most fun is taking the Group C Toyota sports car
for a spin there.
