Loaded the demo.  WTF... Everything is dark.  I can only see taillights...
Everything else seems to be there..  Rearview mirror looks normal tho...
I've never encountered this in a game.. How do you turn up the brightness in
this demo or is something else broke.
ATI 9700Pro, 4.9 drivers, DirectX9.0C

Turn off the full screen anti aliasing..

I had the same problem with my 9800, and I just went through the menu during
a game and systematically turned everything on and off (you can see the
results immediately if you do it during a race and then go to options)

Mike thanks_   that did the trick!   So much for maximizing the settings
right off!  LOL.

That's the exact same thing I did when i started the game :)
