Steering Wheel Recomendations????

by mp » Sat, 24 Oct 1998 04:00:00

Hi,
Just getting in the market for a decent wheel/pedals combo and was
looking for suggestions. On Thrustmasters website they have the Nascar
Pro for $99 and the T2 for $89.  I have also heard good things about Act
Labs RS which I believe is around $70.  Pros and cons on these or should
I look at one of the new FF wheels (Microsoft, Act Labs ect ect.....) I
know more money.

Any Feedback appreciated,

get the nascar pro because it works pretty good and is accurate for gpl with
the stickshift. immediately call tm and get some spare springs.

Also have a look at the Thomas Super Wheel (is that what TSW stands
for? I think that's right anyway) which comes highly recommended, and
the Extreme Competition Controls' CDS4000 which is definitely top of
the range.

I'm afraid I don't have a current link for TSW, but ECCI are on:
