  I haven't dug into it...but since the TPTCC99 patch is based on the
CTS truck component of N99, I'd guess the patch would work with
the NCTR program.   TPTCC99 patches the Nascar engine from a
mondo huge 3000 lb truck to a almost nimble 2 litre Touring car.  Then
with tracks from  both the CTS and CART Racing, you can turn left and
right to your hearts content.  For an idea of a a Touring car race...think
of
Bristol with all the banging and slamming and then take that close action
and transfer it to road and street courses.    Big fun...
