Cheat Group on IRF

I've been playing NH for a while on IRF, and I've repeatedly come across one
particular group of drivers, who work together, and take turns blocking
other drivers on the track, and in turn, allows one of "their own" to win
each race.

Sometimes, they resort to blocking, other times it's ramming. They'll have 2
or 3 of this "group", qualify at the back of the grid, and then, thru simple
chat messages, they'll drive around the track slowly and up against the
outside wall. When they see a driver approach from behind, (appropriate for
******s), they'll drive down to the inside and ram the other guy.

They can be spotted easily, because 3 of them all use the #141 car paint
scheme, while the 4th one uses a different paint scheme.

I can name them, but I wont yet. I'm building up a stock of replays so that,
once I do name them, you'll all be able to see for yourself, and you'll know
to stay away from them.

Sounds kind of like Roller Derby.

Can you see the names of drivers in the race before you join?  Name them - that
way people can avoid even JOINING with them...  There are people I avoid on
VROC this way.
