I have a question that someone may be able to answer. Occasionaly, while on
my computer, I hear my hard drive make a short noise like it's working, then
I get this crackle in my speakers. When this happens I get this little TV
looking object appear on my task bar called "Starsight Data Listener." When
I right click on it then quit it the crackle stops. This happens when I'm
playing N3 sometimes to and it causes the game to stutter bad. What is this?
How can I get it to stop? I've looked for it in my files but can't find it -
but I'm no computer wiz. Any help would really be appreciated.
