Wed Night N2002 league looking for drivers

by JCana » Wed, 29 Jan 2003 12:06:32

VRL is getting ready to start its third season and is looking for
5-7 drivers.  We have been an N4 league and after just finishing our
Winter Series, we are moving to N2002.  Most of us have 2+ year old
hardware, and despite the posted system recommendations for N2003, we
believe our machines will be inadequate for the new version.
Consequently, we will not be switching to N2003, but instead will run
a complete WCS with N2002.  If you plan on upgrading to the new
version, then this league is not for you.

We have a dedicated server, and race Wed nights around 8:00p CST.
Races are realistic damage, realistic weather, yellow flags on, custom
setups, and approximately 30%-35% in length.  This season, about
15-20% of our races will be yellows *off*.  New drivers are welcome.
We are most interested in courteous, clean drivers who are committed
to racing and will show up more nights than not.   If you are
interested, please email me directly at:

You can check out our web site, kindly hosted by RDA Racing, at:

Just follow the VRL  link and you can see the winter series schedule,
standings, and results from our most recent series.

thx,
jeff

Wed Night N2002 league looking for drivers

Here's some usefull info for you.  My old P2 450 with a nice video card runs
the beta NR2003 just as good as NR2002 or N4.  I don't get all the candy but
I get 45fps typically.  If I can run it anyone can.
UPGRADE..............the new physics are worth it.
