Monster trucks MS?

I was interested in monster truck madness by MS. Does anyone have this
and is it any good. Looks like it would be fun, not serious like N2, and
Indycar2 (of witch I have both and love them).

I have MTM and ICR2.  You are right.  You can install MTM and start having
fun straight away.  You do not need to spend a lot of time familiarising
yourself with the track.

About MTM:-

- good boppy sound track
- you can literally drive anywhere (but if you want to win you have to go
through the check points)  The road is hardly ever the quickest way to
finish.
- the garage option is very superficial and ICR/N2 devotees will find it
sadly lacking.
- good voice over commentary by Army Armstrong but it can get a little
repetitive.
- there is a track editor available from TRI's web site and there are lots
of 3rd party add on tracks freely available
- supports hardware acceleration but I can hardly tell the difference with
my lame stealth 3d virge.

MTM is good light relief after doing a 1000 laps of practice at Surfers.
Just remember the dynamics of a monster truck are a tad different to an
indy car  ;-)
