I am having trouble saving my paintjobs in Nascar3..not only files that are
imported..but cars that I paint within the game paintshop itself..when i go to
save the car file..I get an error message saying "a error occurred while trying
to save file" ..so this is NOT an importing problem..but a bug in the paintshop
itself..anyone have this problem and/or know how to correct it? thanks...

Go to Windows Explorer, Find the .car file you are trying to paint and save
and left click on it.  Check 'Properties'.  I'll bet you will find that it is
checked as a 'Read Only' file.  Uncheck the read only file and save.  You
should now be able to save changes to the paint scheme.
