NFS HELP!!!!!!

I have a compac computer and am using the supplied ESS chip for sound.It is not compatible with NFS!!!
Can anyone help me please!!!I need to play the great game WITH sound,hopefully without having to buy
a new sound card!!!

I just subscribed to this newsgroup.....What is the mysterious car and what codes are there for the game???
I need help please!!!!

Well to access the bonus car, the WARRIOR, you gotta win the
championship two times or get the crack, which someone posted here a
while ago, and winning that 2 times , you also get codes to run rally
style races, and the other one i guess warps your car
accelleration...not sure though...

I'm Having some troubles of my own with that game.  Every time I finish
the first segment on a road course (alpine, city or coastal) th darn thing
will crash.  I've narrowed it down to the video card (i think).  I looked
for some drivers for it on diamond's home page, and found that none of
them support games in protected mode.
(a Diamon Stealth 64 Video PCI w/ 4megs VRAM)  Please don't tell me I need
to send them a $500 card back!  I just know there's got to be a driver out
there somewhere!  If anybody knows of one, please E-Mail me, its been over
