You might try GammaNet and the GPL channel thats where the whole GPL
online world hangs out and races from.

I have been trying to find a good place on IRC to discuss GPL but I haven't
had much luck. If there is an existing channel somewhere, please let me know
its name and what network/servers.

In case there are none, I just registered a channel on the DALnet IRC network
for GPL discussion. The channel is called

#GPL

and three out of many good servers to use are

Hmm, got the URL's? If they've been on the link pages I've seen, I've
