LFS: Can't go faster than 70kph

Hi folks,

I just downloaded and patched LFS. While it looks good, I
cannot seem to go faster than 70kph in second. The axis I have
assigned the brake to is halfway up and increases when I press
the pedal, yet LFS seems to interpret it like the brake is
*always* half way depressed and acts accordingly.

Any ideas? I would be most grateful, LFS looks promising.

Cheers,

Uwe

Tried switching the pedals and then switching the "RZ" and "Y" (or whatever)
too?

You'll then still have the throttle on the throttle pedal and the brake on
the brake, but it'll be set up differently. Worked for one person on the RSC
forums.

Try setting another axis for the brake/throttle.

I had the same problem last night Uwe.  I have recently plugged my
joystick back in and it's not playing nice with the momo.   Basically I had
to first remove the joystick.  Then get the 'clear calibration' utility from
the team wingman site and run it.  It first removes your wheel/sticks from
the control panel, then clears any calibration numbers it finds.   Then of
course I did a reboot to get the USB Momo re-installed.
good luck.
