This is a must for the plate tracks ...

It's irrelevant. You're just trying to get everything you can out of the
race car."

Back when N3 came out, they had special rules for Tally & Tona that were
unique to that year and Papyrus added those in...so I would "THINK" that
'IF' Nascar includes the small tanks for 2003, then Papy probably will be
including those.
Is that definate enough for you?

I also heard something that NR2003 would allow you to set the amount of full
to dictate the number of stops especially in shorter races.  So if that is
true that would give us the same ability but for all tracks which would be
better.  Who is to say the fuel tank rule will even be in place come
Daytona.

What I absolutely hope, is that since NR2003 will be the last Papy
NASCAR sim, that they allow it to be as customisable as possible.

This will allow us the best chance to make any changes necessary to
reflect future rules changes, track configurations (Bristol pit road
rules), special events, etc.

Oh and please for the love of pete: bring back the ability for admins
to control the flagman, assess and clear penalties, etc.

It was there before Ed.  Even on the NROS you had some powers to control the
flagmen and other similar stuff.

Yep, in N3, you had the ability to clear black flags, throw the yellow flag,
and all kind of shhtuff as the race admin ...
