I downloaded the latest patch 1.15 for the ETCC-mod in F1-challenge.
Now I have a problem. After the mod start up the program stop automaticly.
What to do???

   Sounds like your patching did not work properly.  There are 4 patches
available at Blackhole Motorsports.  Now the v1.15 is supposed to work
without the other patches, but I'd just try going back to v1.10, applying
the hotfix patch, THEN trying the v1.15 patch...testing the cars at each
step.
