This seems like something special.  It gives just about the best
driving feel of any sim or mod I've tried.  You can really throw the
car around and yet still save it.  Check it out at rFactor Central:

I'll have to give it another try, I thought it looked great, but seemed like
it lacked grip. The Lambo Murcielago is still the most fun car in rF imo!

Really?  That surprises me.  It feels more connected to the road to me
somehow than most anything else.

Is the lack of grip feeling only at high speed?  In that case, are you
taking into account that the car has no aero downforce to speak of?

The thing that gets me about that Ferrari mod is the ability to
recover the car from extreme side slip angles.  During a counter-steer
manouver the force feedback lets you know exactly when the front tires
are pointing in the direction of travel, making it easy to consistenly
case the car from spinning.  I've never gotten that steering feedback
quite as precisely as from this mod.

It's not a dumbed-down canned feeling either.  I haven't driven real
cars at the edge enough to know exactly what saving a spin on dry
pavement feels like.  This mod does feel like a lot like it does when
counter-steering to save a kart from a spin.

Do you have the FIA gt mod? The Murcielago is way better..
