Cant seem to get gem+ to work, running W98 and xp pro. wont work on either
any help appreciated

Double check your season67.ini and gp.ini. If the number of tracks doesn't
correspond to the number of entries in the file the program will exit with a
message, which on all but the slowest of machines is too quick to see.
