I downloaded a new Carset for ICR2 went to load it and could not find
any way to change the Carset in ICR2.
In Nascar there is an Carset in the options menu, There is not one in
ICR2. Could you tell me how to load a
Carset?

In NASCAR, it's not in the Options menu but in the Driver Info menu.  The
same procedure exists in ICR2.  It is ICR1 that requires you to change
car sets via Options.

The option is there, it just doesn't appear until you have more than one
car set available - possibly it's in the wrong directory or something.
