What is this Mega-Monster Handicap in GPLrank?
It appears in a box, in the right hand corner of Back to back comparisons
with another driver.... I know what the Monster Handicap is, as I have one,
albeit one monstruous one. But Mega-Monster??
Never seen any mention of it in the FAQ...
